The Opportunity 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Producer / Integrated Producer to join a leading post-production agency working on the creation and adaptation of TV commercials worldwide, providing clients with a truly end-to-end service. You will be working closely with Editors, VFX Artists, Voiceover teams, & adaptation specialists, to deliver high quality TVCs to markets around the world.

The Role 

  • End to end management of all briefs – interpreting and consolidating client briefs, deciding best route for work, briefing projects to the various internal teams, managing project timelines and maintaining records.
  • Developing strong relationship with clients and maintaining direct communication, providing cost and timeframe estimates and advice on how to create best quality within shortest timeframe, identifying issues and creating bespoke post production solutions. 
  • Coordinating versioning across TVC projects, branded content films and videos.
  • Booking and directing voice-overs for UK and global markets.
  • Overseeing edits, graphics and sound work.
  • Working with the internal team of designers and editors to ensure correct workflow. 
  • Ensuring TVCs have the correct ad clearance for delivery to broadcast.
  • Providing broadcast stations with copy instructions.

The Person 

  • Midweight Producer level.
  • Experience in a post-production environment, preferably within advertising.
  • Versioning and/or creative experience.
  • Familiar with all broadcast software and programmes.
  • Strong client facing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.

The Location

Hybrid working - Soho, Central London (1-2 days per week) / WFH (3-4 days per week)

£30,000 - £33,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

A wonderful opportunity has come up to become the Senior Film Producer for this awesome agency at the forefront of delivering inspiring visual content for a range of brands across a variety of sectors. They act as a consultancy, creative agency and production, all wrapped up in one.

If you are wanting a creative and senior Producer role where you’ll be tasked with developing creative treatments, guiding the client through the process and producing some out of this world content, then this is a job you should be applying to. They are a truly lovely agency.

The Role

  • Working with the Head of Production in managing the film team.
  • Strategy planning and forecasting the work coming into the agency.
  • Owning the end-to-end production for all bigger film projects; overseeing the smaller ones.
  • Receiving films briefs, coming up with idea and concepts, and account managing throughout.
  • Coordinating, staffing and producing shoots – managing multiple projects in parallel.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, schedules, and licenses.
  • Post-production supervising including gaining approvals both locally and abroad.
  • Reviewing processes, analysing data, streamlining, innovating and improving.

The Person

  • A dynamic and experienced Senior Producer who can lead, organise and develop an expanding film team.
  • 5+ years in film production.
  • An impressive network of clients and talent to bring to the party (ideally).

The Package

£45,000 - £50,000+ (negotiable) + benefits

We currently have a variety of 3 month and 6-month fixed term contracts for Senior and Exec Producers to work for this leading production/advertising agency. [This could lead to permanent work after].

Some (but not all) of the key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day responsibility for managing projects
  • Managing project timelines
  • Producing creative post work, simple shoots
  • Client facing, liaising with both agencies and clients for the global and local markets
  • Working with the agency on master assets and campaign handovers
  • Preparation of cost estimates / set up costs
  • Overseeing QC and ingest – signing off QC
  • Advising on post requirements ahead of a shoot where necessary
  • Briefing ops with campaign set-ups to facilitate localization
  • Briefing projects into the various internal teams, transcreation, VO, business affairs where necessary
  • Manage, book and record VO sessions and manage the usage

So… if you’re a friendly and positive team player, have 4+ years’ experience in a post-production environment, are familiar with all broadcast software and programmes, and have strong client facing and interpersonal skills then this is definitely for you.

Details of the opportunity:

  • 3-6 month fixed term contracts
  • Senior Producer salary: £42,000 - £50,000 (pro rata)
  • Exec / Lead Producer salary: £55,000 - £60,0000 (pro rata)
