Freelance Nuke Compositors needed! 

 

We are on the lookout for freelance Nuke compositors who would love to work with us across a range of high-profile clients in 2023. 

 

We are looking for mid to senior level experienced Nuke Compositors to join our freelance pool! 

 

You will be working with our clients for a wide range of compositing tasks including but not limited to, tracking, matte extraction, colour correction, paint fixes, roto, and CG/2D element integration in service to delivering the final image. 

 

Requirements..  

  • Thorough knowledge and ability to use NUKE 

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team 

  • Able to meet tight deadlines 

  • Experience with Nuke Python API/gizmo creation is considered an asset 

  • Experience with lighting/rendering or other parts of the VFX process is considered an asset 

  • Experience in compositing visual effects for feature film, high-end episodic and TVC 

  • Must have previous experience in a VFX environment 

  • Punchy showreel to show off projects previously worked on that align to the above points 

  •  

Location: Remote, hybrid and in-studio roles available 

 

Daily rate: Dependant on skillset and experience (may range depending on client, complexity and length of booking)

Freelance Online Editors needed for series 

 

We are on the lookout for freelance Online Editors who would love to work with us across a range of high-profile clients in 2023. 

From ground-breaking series’ to world class documentary makers and even high-end advertising agencies, we need online editors with strong Avid, Davinci or Premiere Pro skills. 

 

Primary roles we receive are Online Editors for Broadcast Series – any experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. 

 

Daily rate: £250 - £350 (dependant on client, complexity and length of booking) 

 

Location- Remote, hybrid and in-studio roles available

 

What's needed then...? 

  • Experience of editing series/ documentaries / branded content 

  • Competent with basic VFX 

  • Able to adjust resolution of projects 

  • Colour grading abilities 

  • Adept with graphics and subtitles 

  • Strong Premiere Pro skills and/or Avid 

  • Punchy showreel to show off projects previously worked on that align to the above points

Project Lead - award-winning agency

Within this role you will play a key role within their Customer Experience Team, and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget to the highest quality whilst ensuring the customer has an effortless and brilliant experience.
  • Produce project budgets, project plans, risk plans and communication plans.
  • Maintain, monitor and manage all changes within a project and escalate when required.
  • Work with the finance team to complete invoicing for all projects.
  • Be responsible for project reporting and take ownership of all project risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings as required.
  • Support the creative design process, reviewing design documents and briefing in amends.
  • Proofread and quality check documents.
  • Keep up to date with potential risks which may affect the overall client engagement.
  • Champion exceptional Customer Experience across the team.

The Person

  • Minumium of 3 to 5 of Project Management experience.
  • A commercial and strategic mindset.
  • Continuous professional development in your area of expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a smile on your face.
  • Ideally a Prince 2 or Agile qualification, or similar.

The Package

We are on the lookout for freelance Editors who would love to work with us across a range of high profile clients in 2023.

From world class documentary makers to high end advertising agencies, we need editors with strong Avid or Premiere Pro skills.

Daily rate: £250 - £350 (dependant on client, complexity and length of booking)

Within this role you will take the lead on managing the adaptation process across moving image, digital, stills and audio, and executing the final delivery to clients.

  • Knowledge of delivery systems: i.e. Adstream, Beam, Peach, Dub-Sat etc.
