The Opportunity

As a Senior Producer (within Digital Media) for this leading global corporate business, you will be required to manage the production of digital media assets for the international content team. You will own the whole lifecycle of digital assets production and usage for the primary purpose of digital marketing.

Much of the work you will doing will be around managing timelines and resources, and collaborating between clients, designers and animators. Work will range from high-end stings, to animations, to corporate mood films and to social media comms; all requiring production experience, technical knowledge and a high attention to detail.

The Role

  • Taking on client requests or briefs for work and relaying this information to content creators
  • Responding to creative briefs and communicating requirements to relevant parties (e.g. Creative Editors, Motion Graphic Designers etc) to ensure efficient implementation, workflow and project delivery
  • Ensuring all assets produced adhere to the brand guidelines, production standards and working practices and have copyright protections and legal documentation
  • Producing, managing, budgeting and tracking spend for assets
  • Be on set for shoots and open to filming / camera operating – usually for smaller shoots (e.g. interviews and/or documentary style b-roll shoots)

The Person

  • 5+ years production / project management experience in the creative field
  • Understanding of digital assets production, post production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, quality etc.)
  • Understanding of social media, new digital formats and trends
  • Working knowledge of the corporate event process
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects

The Role 

  • End to end management of all briefs – interpreting and consolidating client briefs, deciding best route for work, briefing projects to the various internal teams, managing project timelines and maintaining records.
  • Developing strong relationship with clients and maintaining direct communication, providing cost and timeframe estimates and advice on how to create best quality within shortest timeframe, identifying issues and creating bespoke post production solutions.
