The Opportunity

We are looking for Junior Audio Producer to join a leading production agency on a part-time basis for the next 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of audio and voiceover projects. If successful you will be joining a close-knit team, working in a dynamic environment helping clients and agencies create, manage and deliver their brand messages across the world.

 

The Role

  • Working alongside Audio Producer on a wide range of well-known clients and brands
  • Assisting with producing voice-overs for TV commercials, online content and radio, in multiple languages
  • Assisting with casting voice-over talent and directing them during recording sessions
  • Admin and general ad-hoc duties

 

The Person 

  • 1 year experience within audio production / voice over
  • Understanding of an advertising agency or production environments
  • Experience in assisting audio producers

 

The Package

£15,000 for 3 working days (which is pro rata £25k)

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who is happy to get stuck in with a number of business affairs and post-production duties within an amazing advertising agency. 

If you are ready for a new challenge and know all about playouts, clearances, rotations, compliance, scripts, rights management and talent agreements, this role is made for you.

 

The Role

It is essential to this position that the right candidate is confident in playouts and has experience in some, if not all of the below:  

  • UK and Ireland TV/VOD/Radio Playouts, to include final approval of films through Clearcast  
  • Checking media plans, playout briefs and factsheets 
  • Liaising with post houses, stations, Clearcast, Producers, Account Teams  
  • TV, VOD, Radio, Print and Cinema usage negotiations and renewals
  • Checking factsheets and previous contracts
  • Liaising with Extreme Reach or Team Companies on US productions 
  • Assisting Producers with talent contracts and usage negotiations  
  • Estimating to include supply, usage and or materials  
  • Child Licences  
  • Tracking of usage 

 

Knowledge of the following is also desirable: Caria/J-ET, Copy Central, Peach (IMD Cloud)/Beam/Adstream ordering systems.

We are looking for videographers and editors to work on e-commerce content for one of our biggest global clients. Our client is currently building a pipeline of freelancers to work on a number of different upcoming projects. You’d be working closely with a big team of producers, art directors and stylists to create a standard white background videos for product-based items in high volumes (this will include video for 360 spin). The products being used will most likely include a combination of homeware, kitchenware some fashionwear (handbags, shoes etc.)  

 

Experience shooting/editing commercial product content is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Producer to join a leading post-production agency working on the versioning and adaptation of TV commercials worldwide, providing clients with a truly end-to-end service. They work with a diverse range of brands, offering services including design, animation, shoot supervision, colour grading, visual effects and CGI. This is an awesome company, who produce commercials for a growing list of well-known brands, with an enviable office right in the heart of Soho.

 

The Role

  • Adapting advertising content for different locations in various languages, taking the original asset and creating numerous versions to be broadcast worldwide
  • Develop strong relationship with clients; maintaining direct communication, providing cost and timeframe estimates and create the best quality work within the shortest timeframe
  • End to end management of multiple jobs; briefing projects to various teams including VFX operators, Editors, Voice Over team and then managing project timelines.
  • Scheduling all elements of the production and booking
  • Work with Business Affairs / TV Admin team to ensure all ok with clearances, broadcast codes and usages
  • Ensuring output meets client requirements and has been through QC and approved
  • Attend face to face briefings with client’s offsite, as well as assisting with hosting clients

 

The Person

  • 2+ years’ experience in a post-production environment, preferably within advertising
  • Experience working on versioning or localisation of content
  • Confident managing high volume of assets with a fast turnaround
  • Familiar with post-production software, briefing post-production operators and managing workflows
  • Strong client facing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail
