We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a talented and highly motivated Junior Video Editor to join this creative production team within the best advertising agency there is!!


In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of Editors to create broadcast quality video edits for exciting global brands. It’ll be a diverse role where you’ll be working on creative briefs from origination as well as versioning videos across multiple formats and for different counties.


The Person

  • 2+ years' experience of video editing
  • Excellent Premiere and After Effects skills
  • A strong comprehensive showreel with commercial / advertising work for brands
  • Proven experience working on moving image TVCs/commercials
  • Experienced with adaptation and versioning is considered a bonus

Work from home (office is in central London)


The Package

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits

The Opportunity 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Producer to join a leading post-production agency working on the creation and adaptation of TV commercials worldwide, providing clients with a truly end-to-end service. You would be working closely with editors, VFX artists, voiceover teams, and adaptation specialists, to deliver the highest quality TVCs to different markets around the world. 


It’s an exciting opportunity to showcase your excellent knowledge of post-production and fantastic communications skills while working closely with leading global brands. 


The Role 

  • End to end management of all local briefs – interpreting and consolidating client briefs, deciding best route for work, briefing projects to the various internal teams, managing project timelines and maintaining records
  • Developing strong relationship with clients and maintaining direct communication, providing cost and timeframe estimates and advice on how to create best quality within shortest timeframe, identifying issues and creating bespoke post production solutions where required. 
  • Coordinating versioning and localising across TVC projects, branded content films and videos 
  • Booking and directing voice-overs for UK and global markets 
  • Overseeing edits, graphics and sound work 
  • Working with the internal team of designers and editors to ensure correct workflow 
  • Ensuring TVCs have the correct ad clearance for delivery to broadcast 
  • Providing broadcast stations with copy instructions 


The Person 

  • Experience in a post-production environment, preferably within advertising 
  • Familiar with all broadcast software and programmes
  • Strong client facing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail

The Opportunity

The Compositors our global client is looking will be responsible for the creation of the final cohesive images by combining the layers and elements of previously created material. As a Compositor you will need to be able to enhance lighting, match blacks and deal with other colour levels. This is alongside adding grain where required, adding motion blur if appropriate, creating convincing shadows and making sure levels combine seamlessly. You will also be involved in keying, rotoscoping and creating mattes where necessary.


Although primarily a 2D role, you will need a thorough understanding of the CG process with relevant artistic skills. Their preference is a Photoshop Compositor over a Nuke Compositor.

We’re looking for a Creative Art Director/mid-senior level Copywriter. 


We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative art director/mid-senior copywriter. This is a permanent, full time position and you’ll be working alongside other creatives in a small but talented team. The team currently comprises 3 graphic designers, an account manager and a senior Account Director who is responsible for client liaison, day to day management of the team and performance against SLA.  


The Role
We are looking for an all-rounder who is comfortable writing copy for internal and external communications across a wide range of marketing channels including, but not limited to, digital banners, social posts, print executions and internal comms and signage. You’ll need to have a demonstratable portfolio of the above. 


The candidate will also be an expert in creating and developing Mac visuals for presentation and happy to proof-read copy. You’ll need to be an expert across the Adobe suite of applications and confident in putting your own visual presentations together. As a creative all-rounder, you’ll take responsibility for reviewing creative against client briefs and existing brand guidelines.
